About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LINS handles information in connection with this website and business inquiries. It applies to this website and communications sent to info@lins-us.com. Services provided under a separate client agreement may be subject to additional privacy and confidentiality terms.
Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, area of interest and message, together with email headers and any attachments. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, sensitive personal information or confidential project documents through an initial inquiry.
How the contact form works
When you press Send message, the form submits your entries to the website server, which processes them and requests email delivery to info@lins-us.com. The website does not store inquiry content in a database or browser storage. Messages are processed by our hosting and email providers and retained in our mailbox as business correspondence. An acceptance response means the server accepted the email request; delivery may still be delayed or filtered. Your browser may retain autofill information under its own settings.
Technical information and hosting
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, pages requested and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The published website and business email use Hostinger. To limit abuse, the form temporarily stores a hashed network address and request timestamps in a server-side rate-limit file, without inquiry content. Entries expire after one hour and are removed during subsequent form requests. Provider security and access logs may have separate retention periods.
Cookies and analytics
LINS has not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing cookies to this website. Hosting, security providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their own service functions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential platform cookies may affect access. The website does not use form entries for behavioral advertising.
How we use information
We use information you send to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential services or partnerships, manage business communications and maintain relevant business records. We may also use necessary information to address security issues, protect our rights or comply with applicable obligations. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Business correspondence may remain in our email system and related records while needed to handle the inquiry, maintain the business relationship or meet applicable recordkeeping and legal needs. Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances; we do not promise a single deletion period for all records. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us before sending sensitive or confidential material so an appropriate channel can be agreed.
Your choices and requests
You may contact info@lins-us.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required or permitted by applicable obligations. Where applicable law gives you additional privacy rights, you may exercise those rights through the same address. We do not require you to send sensitive identification documents with an initial request.
